Suzanne, as an experienced health professional in physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation, knows well the specific benefits of the Mediterranean Lifestyle by choosing high quality extra virgin olive oils, legumes, vegetables and fish. She enjoys preparing simple healthy meals with color, texture, and flavor.
Suzanne taught a specialized balance program for 10 years that incorporated a medical qigong form called Daoyin Yangsheng Gong. She received her 3rd Duan for Qigong from the Beijing Sports University in March of 2011. She also was a board examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige Recognition Award for a non profit organization called Quality Council that served NH and VT.
